too many SWEETS!
sugar is in everything..literally. ex: bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, salad dressings, cereals, yogurt, baked beans, instant oatmeal, canned tomato soup, ketchup..
i was very surprised at some of the healthier options when i was researching which foods contain more sugar and found this study: http://www.ivillage.com/which-food-has-more-sugar/4-b-299573#299575
so this challenge consists of me cutting all things chocolatey, ice cream, cakes, little candies, any desserts for the month of february
eating sweets is my happy place..something i do when i'm bored, something i crave
things have gotten a little out of hand, so now it's time to test the waters and see what i'm made of
